Sierra Leone strengthened its innovation ecosystem with the launch of the Redsalt Angel Investment Network (RAIN) and a new Framework Agreement with the Ministry to co-fund and support early-stage startups.

This partnership will open more capital for young companies, improve governance for startups, and support the growth of scalable Sierra Leonean ventures.
