New Digital Services Deployment
Before any new digital service is launched for citizens or public use, it must first be reviewed and approved by the Ministry of Communication, Technology & Innovation.
This ensures that all digital government solutions are secure, reliable, accessible, and aligned with national standards and policies. It also protects citizen data and avoids duplication of services across different MDAs.
