Excited to announce that Ministry of Communication, Technology and Innovation have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The signing of the MOU took place in Kazakhstan, where both minister @Bagdat Mussin 
& Salima Monorma Bah
officially endorsed the agreement.
This partnership marks the step towards realizing shared vision for advancing ICT initiatives in Sierra Leone.
